Daily dog walking will usually consist of a 40/60 minute visit. Most days a 40/55 minute walk will take place, with 5 /10 minutes (depending on conditions) allocated for any administration, and cleaning / towelling etc. In the case of extreme weather conditions, e.g. blinding rain or severe snow, or pet injury/ illness, or on client request, the dog will be given time outside to relieve him/herself and then the rest of the visit will be spent inside with client-approved activities.

CUSTOMER authorisation:

C1. The customer agrees to provide keys / arrange for keys to be available for Woof & Walks, or arrange for access to the animals for the dog walking / pet related appointment.

C2. The Customer authorises Woof & Walks to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my pet. Every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to obtaining emergency care. The customer accepts the responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. The customer also authorise Woof & Walks to seek an alternative veterinarian in the event the regular veterinarian is unavailable.

C3. I agree to reimburse Woof & Walks for any additional costs for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food, or supplies.

C4. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold blamelessWoof & Walks in the event of a claim by any person injured by the pet.

C5. The Customer agrees to notify Woof & Walks of any concerns / complaints within 24 hours of any appointments.

C6. The customer agrees to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments or the full daily amount will be collected.

C7. The customer agrees topay Woof & Walks the published rate for their service either, in advance, or on the day that the service is to be undertaken. Public Holidays are charged at a double the published rate (Friday through Monday holidays include Saturday and Sunday as double rate periods.) C8. All dogs  must be up-to-date with vaccinations and treatments for worms and fleas.

C9. Although Woof & Walks has full Public Liability Insurance, in order to protect the well being of the pet, wherever possible the animals should also be insured by the customer.

C11. The Customer confirms that their dog does not display antisocial behaviour toward other dogs. Should the dog begin to display such behaviour, the customer will inform Woof & Walks of all antisocial behaviour which may negatively effect other dogs being walked by Woof & Walks.

C10. By employing the services of Woof & Walks in whatever capacity, the customer automaticallyagrees to these terms and conditions.

C11. The customer agrees to allow images and videos of the pets to be used to help promote Woof & Walks.

Woof & Walks: Responsibilities

W1. Woof & Walks agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner.

W2. Woof & Walks will ensure that the property is locked and secure in the same manner that was displayed before the Woof & Walks service was undertaken.

W3. Woof & Walks acceptsno responsibility for loss of possessions or security of the customer’s premises.

W4. Each service will be performed only by authorised Woof & Walks staff.

W5. Woof & Walks will not let any dog off his/her lead unless express owner consent has been given.

W6. Woof & Walks is not responsible for damage incurred by a pet escaping because of a faulty customer leash / collar or a collar that is not properly fitting.

W7. Woof & Walks will not be liable for injury,or disappearance, or death, or expenses of any pet with unsupervised access to the outdoors.

W8. Woof & Walks shall not be held responsible for any damage to customer’s property, or that of others, caused by customer’s pets during the period in which they are in Woof & Walks’ care.

W9. This agreement is valid for all current and future visits or until a new agreement is agreed by both Woof & Walks and the customer. Woof & Walks reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion; likewise the customer may terminate this agreement with 24 hours notice.

W10. Woof & Walks agrees to love and care for your pet whilst you are absent.
